History

Canada Cops is an all-in-one Job Search Engine spread internationally in most countries. A suitable platform where the professionals can find the latest Job listings posted on job banks, job search engine sites and job directories consolidated at one place, for hassle-free job search.

The company was founded in 2007 by current Chief Executive Mark Drevik. It opened with Mississauga, Ontario, Canada office to build a comprehensive job-search engine and provide support and services to Canadian employers.

The organization quickly grew to combine major job-search engines such as Indeed, Monster, Career Jet and Career Builder and brought them all together under one umbrella for easy and hassle-free job search. This major leap had attracted a wide range of candidates and employers seeking a full range of quality professional recruitment services, particularly for permanent and casual employees.

As Canada Cops’ reputation spread, the Mississauga office continued to grow and the organization then expanded interstate, entering the Canadian market by entering across the states in 2010.

By the end of 2012, all the Canadian footprints were firmly established, and now spread across the USA as well, providing services in permanent recruitments in both white and blue collar industries from basic positions to management placements.

Canada Cops, at this point had been trading successfully for 18 years and had built a solid reputation in the recruitment industry, with the brand being strongly recognized by employers and job seekers. Canada Cops had firmly established itself as an international organization with a solid reputation as an innovative leader within the recruitment industry.

Today, Canada Cops operates in almost every country and continues to grow internationally, offering high quality services in Accounting, Administration, Federal and Government, Design, Engineering, Architecture & Construction, Medical fields to name a few in permanent and casual recruitment, executive recruitment.

Senior Management Team

Mark Drevik, Chief Executive Officer

Mark has been a pioneer within the employment services industry for more than 13 years.

He established Canada Cops with the belief that being flexible and able to adapt quickly would meet the needs of employers and employees and keep the organization one step ahead of the competition.

As CEO, He remains involved in all aspects of the business and takes a personal interest in clients, his managers and staff individually, as well as the organization as a whole.

Mark possesses an extensive knowledge of a broad range of industries and a genuine willingness to provide quality employment and staffing solutions to provide and maintain skilled workforces for clients.

Under Mark management and guidance, Canada Cops has successfully grown to become an internationally recognized and respected company.

Suzan Melor, Human Resources Manager

Suzan has been working for Canada Cops since its inception in 2012.

She works with clients from across Canada and the USA to assist them with their human resources, training and organization development requirements.

Suzan also oversees candidate profiles, qualifications and recruitment strategies.

Neil Pallet, Operations Manager

Neil has been with Canada Cops for over seven years.

He started as a Recruitment Consultant, and worked his way up through various roles including State Manager for Ontario and now the Operations Manager.

Neil is responsible for the regional and international operations whilst also using his expertise and experience; he manages key accounts for major clients and holds his qualification in Management.

He specializes in relationship management, staff leadership, development of staff, operational performance management, management of continuous business improvement and quality customer service. Whilst working nationally, Neil continues his hands-on approach to managing key employers and employees.
